The Southbourne Villa has undergone considerable refurbishment during 2008 and 2009 ( see photo gallery ) and now offers elegant 4 star guest accommodation offered on a bed and breakfast basis to guests.This charming and elegant detached 19th Century Victorian Villa is situated in a quiet conservation area,away from the busy main roads in a peaceful relaxing setting, close by is the English Riviera Conference and Leisure Centre.The ideal choice for both business and leisure guests who wish to avoid standard corporate accommodation. If you require one of our newly refurbished bedrooms ( subject to availability) please contact us directly.We have been recognised in Britains Best Bed and Breakfast Guide 2004,2005,2006,2007 and 2008 and graded as superior Four Star Guest Accommodation.Our prime considerations are guest comfort, relaxation and service. ( No under 14s)Come and see why so many of our guests return again and again.As a superior guest house we offer our guests one and a half hours for breakfast so that you may enjoy a relaxing start to each day from 8.30am until 10.00am .The newly refurbished reception, lounge and dining room are both elegant and stylish with sumptuous leather furnishings.We offer Free Wireless Broadband Internet Access in your room and throughout the villa should you wish to check your emails.Free car parking for all guests in our own private car park.PLEASE NOTE :Your accommodation account becomes payable in full on arrival. Reservations are not transferable to a third party.ARRIVAL TIMES.WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT GUEST ARRIVALS BETWEEN 2pm AND 8pm.If you fail to arrive by 8pm you will be charged in full but your reservation will be cancelled without refund.PLEASE NOTE:We are not licensed but guests are permitted to bring there own alcoholic refreshments into the building for consumption in their room or on the front garden terrace. NO hot take away meals may be brought into the building at any time. As a guest house we are unable to provide breakfasts before 8.30am.WE DO NOT ACCEPT : GROUP OR MULTIPLE ROOM BOOKINGS via any online booking agents, (more than one room ) STAG HEN GROUPS, UNDER 14s, HONEYMOONERS AND WEDDING PARTIES. The Southbourne Villa and Guest Accommodation - Directions:
From the M5,take the A380 to Torquay.At the end of the A380,follow the signs for Torquay -you are joining the A3022 Newton Road.Continue along the A3022 until you reach Torre Station and Halfords where you should position yourself in the right hand lane.At these traffic lights,turn right into Avenue Road.Take the fourth left into Vine Road and turn right at the top into Cleveland Road, the Southbourne Villa is approximately 400 yards on your left.Look out for our blue oval signs.
